EBENEEZER CREAKE OF FILEY Ebaneezer Creake was a old fisherman and a smuggler from Filey.In his time alot of things changed new visitors came in and he use to do his fishingboat watching them in spite.

Ebeneezer was a nasty old man he didnot like things changing at all.Ebeneezer died of old age he was burried with his head to the church and his feet towards the sea. Occasionaly on moonlight nights you mint see him down near the sea tending to his boat .
