The ghost in The Playhouse is known affectionately as Albert, and although nobody is certain as to who he might have been his pres— ence manifests itself in a variety of ways. He is a mischievous ghost who plays tricks, apparently People have felt his presence in certain ‘cold spots’ in the theatre. He has been seen, on occasion, as a fig ure in a grey coat.
