The house is now a museum in the monterey state park.In 1870 Mrs Manuela Girardian the owner of the house lost her husband by a typhoid eperdemic and in the same year Mrs Girardin lost her two grand children by the eperdemic . In the samwe year she also died on the dreadfull eperdemic on 21st december. Today every begining of December people have seen ghostly apparation in the nursery room and reported an empty rocking chair moving on its own some visitors smell a strong scent of disinfectant and a woman dressed in black has been seen by many.
