John Daniel

In 1728 a local boy named John Daniel was found dead near to his home he was buried without anyone’s care or attention in to how he died. After his funeral John appeared coming from the churchyard into the church which at the time was used as a boy’s school.

After seeing him the magistrates demanded for John’s body to be fetched upon earth soil when they opened his coffin and examined Johns body they founded John had been strangled to death.
